The technician was excellent! Came early (GREAT), had all the tools and supplies needed and was very efficient at the replacement. Explained what he was doing and did a GREAT job.
Would certainly use him again! It was done through Choice Home Warranty so my cost was a deductible.

John was awesome. He installed our water softener and RO. He was very thorough and had great communication on everything. From the initial appointment arrival time and having to get parts . He was so kind. Provided full explanation on how it all worked and if we had any questions to just reach out to him . Excellent customer service. He skills were perfect. We are very pleased with our water softener and RO. Nice honest guy. We will definitely use Fix it ! Again because of John. Grace at the office was also very helpful through the whole scheduling process. Very kind and accommodating to set up the appointment for John to come do the work. Thank you Grace! We will definitely recommend FIX It to family and friends.
